Comment 3 for bug 433854

If a project isn't using Launchpad as its bug tracker, its Bugs page shouldn't contain a search box at all (bug 174473). If that was fixed, the presence of the search box itself would serve the purpose of telling you that the project uses Launchpad for bug tracking.
