Bug Description
On page:

I clicked on the (How do I verify a download?) link and got an error. The problem is that it's a relative link /+help/
https:/
When it needs to resolve to
https:/
I'm using Shiretoko (Firefox 3.5.3), and it also happens for me using Chromium 4.0.223.
