Bug Description
We should fail when security.cfg defines a database user with a name not matching [a-z0-9_]+.
This stops us shooting ourselves in the foot, as database usernames, tablenames etc. need to confirm or be quoted and we are likely to forget to quote some places because it is a pain in the bum and all but one of our usernames do confirm.
