Bug Description
Probably a dupe of #4449.
We get a LOT of requests to change a name from X to Y after project owners change the display name.
It'd be useful to reduce the hassle factor for them (and us! ;-) ) if these steps were merged and/or made redundant.

Title is problematic and should go away.
Displayname should be name
Name should be launchpad_id
Before prompting the user to request a name (launchpad_id) change, I think we should reconsider why we make it so hard. A lot of projects are abandoned because the barrier to fix a mistake is much higher than taking two minutes and starting a new project. Since we have the alias field, we do not need to be concerned about broken links.
Fixing the UI experience is better than nothing, but letting user do what they are going to do either by force or by asking us is probably the best solution.
