Bug Description
A novice translator does not necessarily know what a template is. They just want to take a string and translate it into their own language. hey, they may not even know what a string is -- they just want to take words in one language and put them in their own.
The terminology we use in Launchpad Translations is useful and fairly easy to get to grips with but we don't make much of an effort to explain it in the UI!
So, let's have a pop-up on the series language page that explains:
* the terminology
* how to get on and translate.
