Number of affected users should take into account the duplicates

Bug Description
It's nice to see the number of affected users for each bug.
But, in order to be accurate, this number should also include the number of people affected by duplicates of the current bug (if they didn't mark that they were also affected by the original).
This would make "filter by number of affected users" a lot more effective and "filter by number of duplicates" a lot less needed (which is good for bugmasters às you merge two operations in one).
