Bug Description

I just added the following comment to a bug in bzr-hg:

My comment text seems to be duplicated twice separated by "?field.comment="
While I can't be sure what led to this, I suspect it because I ended up clicking the "Add attachment or patch" link multiple times (I thought nothing was happening till I saw some messages on the status bar).
I am using Firefox 3.5.7 on ubuntu 9.10.

There is only one comment. However, the comment text is repeated 3 times in the one comment block. If you search for "?field.comment=" its exactly the same text repeated three times. "?field.comment=" seems to be separating the text which I had entered only once.

I can confirm that the behavior was because of clicking "Add attachment or patch"
twice. I ended up doing this again today and the same behavior can be seen in
this comment:

I don't think the status should be Incomplete. It should be reproducible.

This appears to happen fairly often (I poked around in staging).

The messages are received as one on the server, so the client is sending a confused ajax request; I suspect a bug in the javascript.
