email notification should include tags in bug description

Bug Description
We're grappling with managing bugs which affect different platforms in the same
release cycle. The platforms are managed by using tags which is great when you're
browsing launchpad, but the email notifications don't tell us which tags are relevant
to the bug update. Often times the same heading is used and only the tag is changed
which makes visually sorting through all the email tedious. I know the tag is part
of the hidden headers, what I want in addition to that is the tags be added to the
bug description.

Do you mean you want to *always* list the tags for every notification? Tag changes are currently listed.
