"Comment/Attach File" is redundant

Bug Description
The menu link "Comment/Attach File" only ever appears on a bug page, or a page that contains a link to the bug page in its header. And the bug page itself already contains controls for adding a comment or attaching a file. This link should be removed.

I agree. You may want to talk to kiko and Bjorn, since ISTR they thought it was a good idea to have the link in both places.
