Bug Description
On the /builders summary page, it would be very useful to indicate how long the build running somewhere has been running (to catch the ones that run for days in a loop), as well as how long a buildd has been idle (to catch the builders that are idle for forever, such as nannyberry and shipova recently).
That is, /builders should really have enough information on it to give the buildd admin an idea that "maybe something is not right here" without requiring a visit to each of 50 some odd pages for the individual builders.
