Number of "affected people" doesn't increase when adding duplicate ticket

Bug Description
When we are adding a duplicate to a master ticket the number of "Affected people" of the master ticket must increase by the sum of the affected ones in the duplicates.
it is needed for overall better calculation of the importance of the master ticket in the queue.
