Bug Description
I've got 2 bugs: one is reported by user A, and the second one is reported by user B. The second bug is a duplicate of the first bug.
So the counter should say "This bug affects two people" (as the bug should inherit user B), but it says "This bug affects 1 person" instead.

There's a bug for this already but I can't find it with the timeout issues currently. Anyone else know it and can dupe this one against it?
