Bug Description
Let's say you have two bugs, 17 and 42, both of which affect one user each. If bug 42 is marked as a duplicate of bug 17, the "affects" count for bug 17 remains at one, but it should be two.
So currently the "This bug affects xxx persons" count only includes the "parent" bug's count (bug 17 in the example above), but it should be the sum of the "affects" count for both bugs (minus users which have marked themselves as being affected by both, if you want to be strict).
