Bug Description
A bug like bug #618576 went unnoticed by us for several days because we didn't get an email that we were supposed to get (due to our misconfiguration of email filters).
We should switch poexport script to the OOPS infrastructure instead and record exceptions as OOPSes.
This all happens in notify() in scripts/
