"affects" count doesn't take dups into account

Bug Description

Hi there

while triaging ubuntu/moon bugs, I noticed that three bugs I dup-ed together into https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/moon/+bug/622856 had 2 affected people each, but after dup-ing the total on the master bug was still 2.

(Or perhaps there's some caching going on?)

Its possible the same people were affected? Will need to look at the
staging db to tell.

This is a known issue. It's bug 343110. I'll mark this one as a dupe of that one. Thanks for taking time to report the issue, though!
