[wishlist] Bug report message editor: want some markup to make the text bold/italic

Bug Description
Some bug reports become source of important information to users, especially when many people affected by some serious bug in the software. So, to highlight workarounds to that problem, or solution, it will be very nice to have abilty to use some simple markup to highlight text with bold/italic. Nothing super powerful, just something that de-facto used in the internet discussions and answers.
Per example, my Thunderbird automatically shows *asterisksed* text as bold, and _underscored_ text with underline. Something like that, or Markdown, or Wiki-syntax. Anything will be nice to have.

i'm going to dupe this on to bug 391780 - although this is talking about emphasis and that's talking about hyperlinks I presume they'd be part of the same solution
