staging update broken on revno 10029

Bug Description

Trying to run the DB schema upgrade is broken on revno 10029. I've tried running it manually after restarting slony and still nothing. The error is https://pastebin.canonical.com/40462/

comments.sql has been modified to use non-standard quoting, which fails when applied to the replicated environment.

Fix is to not apply comments to the replicated environment - I've been planning on doing this anyway, as they can be applied manually and we are trying to minimize db downtime.
