When a bug report's summary is changed within five minutes of being created, Launchpad correctly combines the notifications into a single message. However, the Subject line of the message is the old summary instead of the new one.
This happened to bug 70006, where the bug report was e-mailed with the Subject line "[Bug 70006] GnuMail doesn't add itself to the menus", despite the message containing notification of the summary changing to "Installing GnuMail doesn't add it to the Applicaitons menu".
