Changing merge proposal state WIP -> Needs Review clears display of additional revisions within the comment trail

Bug Description
I posted a MP, got review comments, and as a result moved it to WIP status.
I did some more coding, pushed some more revisions, and saw them appear in the MP comment trail - this is a great feature.
Then I toggled the MP back to "Needs Review" status. My additional revisions were *removed* from the comment trail!

Seeing this as well where commits are interweaved between comments for said MP. Then when it was changed to "Needs review", all that's showing now are comments.
