Bug Description
Symptoms
========
A PPA is a single archive and can only publish one binary-arch / source of a given version at a time. The Launchpad web UI permits users to request a copy of source without binaries within a single PPA. The source copy is essentially a symlink but the binaries will rebuild and then collide on the version number. So this scenario isn't possible to fulfil. Launchpad neither explains the cause nor prevents users attempting this operation.
