When receiving a bug comment by email you get something like "note: this may be a dupe of #XXX" it would be nice if this was expanded to "note: this may be a dupe of http://
I guess this is similar to bug #29345

It's not similar to bug 29345 in that the duplicate notation is constructed by Launchpad.
So what you're suggesting is that bug references in comments always be expanded to URLs? That's an interesting idea. Would that not cause text to wrap poorly, though?
