Bug Description
The FAQs aren't visible enough if a user visits a project's Answers page. Ideally they should be listed above the normal questions, because chances are high that he/she wants to ask a frequently asked question. The current UI design where there's only one small link "All FAQs" is broken, because the link is very hard to find.
