Bug Description
I'm using firefox on Ubuntu Oneiric
(firefox 6.0~b2+
After typing some text in a bug coment under a given task. I will see I need more space and grab the resize handle. If I pull it down more than a little bit, the 'Save Changes' *and* the resize handle will go under the 'Also affects project'. The issue only affects text entered into a "task" comment.
Once you let go of the resize handle, you can't reach the Save Changes. That forces you to copy and paste your text (if you think about it) or hit 'reload' and lose your entry.
See attached screenshot.

I'm inclined to mark this won't fix, since the form stuff that is expandable under each task is meant to provide a work around for pieces of functionality that aren't possible inline on the main bug page currently. In other words, we've always been meaning to remove that expandable form once all actions inside it were pulled out to the page.
However, it's not a given that it will be removed at this point and that idea remains contentious with some users.
So in the short term, I'll mark this Low importance. We would accept patches for this, but no one working on Launchpad full time is likely to take this on. I suspect it's harder to fix than it first seems because of an abuse of floats and positioning on the bug page.
