Cannot create milestone 0.20

Bug Description
I'm trying to make a new release of Storm, version 0.19. I wanted to create the next milestone so that I can retarget unreleased bugs to it. I go to the trunk series and click on "create new release", enter "0.20" and hit create. Now in the milestones listing I see
Could not retrieve milestone 0.20
Reloading the page shows that a milestone with the name "0.2" was create instead. Now, I get that 0.20 == 0.2 but version numbers are *not* floating point numbers, they are strings! So it is not right to create milestone 0.2 when 0.20 is request.

Ha ha! The work around is to create the bogusly named milestone, then go to "change details" and rename the milestone. This works to set it to 0.20.
