Bug Description

Today's FDT update was blocked initially by:

2011-09-30 08:30:33 CRITICAL launchpad_prod_3 has transaction by rosettaadmin open 0:02:23.179493

This had to be manually killed on the script server

Fastdowntime bugs that don't meet our other critical criteria are merely high - its a project in-progress.

We probably want to either a) whitelist these poor scripts, or b) fix them.

Listed in BAD_USERS in preflight.py. When the long running transaction issue is fixed, 'rosettaadmin' needs to be removed from BAD_USERS before closing this bug.

There are a number of scripts connecting as the 'rosettaadmin' user. This needs to be fixed, as we are ignorant as to which script is causing the problem.
