Deleting an attachment should remove the LibaryFileAlias at the same time

Bug Description
When removing a BugAttachment from a Bug, the BugAttachment's LibraryFileAlias should be deleted too. This stops the old URL from working immediately, but leaves the LibraryFileContent in tact and working in case is is still referenced by other legitimate LibraryFileAliases.
