Bug Description

It would be really neat if launchpad would automatically update to reflect changes made on the RedHat Bugzilla. Currently it says "Bug watch updates for Red Hat Bugzilla are disabled.". For example, this lp ticket: https://bugs.launchpad.net/cryptopp/+bug/915018 could be automatically updated to show that the Red Hat Bugzilla ticket it references has been closed: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=773443
