Bug Description
we have bunches of /tmp/bzr-
They range in size from 3M to 30M (eyeball guess).
Oldest date from Janurary 2011.
Will be putting in place a +15 day delete cron, but ideally whatever is creating these would delete them when they're finished with.

IIRC these are cache files for performance - deleting them will nuke
the cache and cause reconstruction.
