Out of source build doesn't install config.h

Bug Description

I fixed this by adding "INSTALL(FILES ${CMAKE_BINARY_DIR}/config.h DESTINATION include/2geom-${2GEOM_VERSION}/2geom)" line. If you're interested in patch, i can try to figure out to send it.

config.h is no longer required
