webapps are not "Alt+Tab friendly"

Bug Description

Suppose the following situation:
There's an instance of Firefox with two tabs open: one with launchpad.net and one with some-other-website.com. The last one has the focus. Now, if I press Alt+Tab the tab with launchpad.net gets the focus (because I have unity-webapps-launchpad and so that tab behaves like an application). However if I press Alt+Tab again, therefore selecting the application titled "Firefox Web Browser", I do not get back to some-other-website.com.

In short, using webapps together with Alt+Tab can make you very angry :-)
