Question mark icon appears & disappears in the launcher before integration is allowed

Bug Description
In my Vbox VM (which is slow, and so is why I can see this happen) I navigate to, for example, LinkedIn in Chromium.
Before I have clicked "Yes" on the Integrate bar I see a question mark icon appear and disappear in the launcher twice. Is reproducible in 13.04.
