Drop hard-coding 3.4 config fragments

For ARM kernel builds (vexpress for instance), current hacks in

to get base Linaro configs conflicts with needs for ARM LT kernel builds which need newer kernels than 3.4.

We should drop these hacks from the actual build script and require people to configure all the config fragments themselves.

Figuring out how we can still allow fetching a bunch of configs from a separate git branch for linux-linaro-tracking builds is part of this as well.

From discussion with Jon Medhurst (tixy), we want to build "integration-ci-vexpress" branch of

config fragments to start with are:

linaro/configs/linaro-base.conf linaro/configs/ubuntu-minimal.conf linaro/configs/vexpress.conf
