cvsdelta: missing ruby dependency

Bug Description
Installing the package "cvsdelta" doesn't install ruby, giving the following problem when running it:
/usr/bin/cvsdelta: 2: exec: ruby: not found
It looks like the ruby dependency is missing.
To reproduce it:
1) sudo apt-get install cvsdelta
2) cvsdelta # This shows the error above
The workaorund is to run "apt-get install ruby".
