Cannot open pps file under cinnamon

Bug Description

 When I try to open some pps files, libreoffice opens ans crashes immediately.
 I am using Mint 14 Nadia with cinnamon 1.6.7+nadia, and libreoffice-impress 1:3.6..2~rc2-0ubuntu4. I cannot see any error message when I launch it from the console.

 I attach one of the pps files that gives problems. The same file under Debian and libreoffice 3.5 opens without problems.

 I opened the same file under fvwm in a VNC session and it works fine, so it looks like a problem between cinnamon and libreoffice.
