Mint: When DVD inserted, it asks what to do.. when removed and another DVD inserted, it does not ask again

Bug Description
Linux Mint 15:
When DVD inserted, Mint asks what to do (which application to use to open the dvd content)..
When this DVD is removed and another DVD is inserted, it does NOT ask again..
And the same for any subsequent DVD insert..
Only restart of the system helps.. Then again: The first DVD inserted is Ok,
but no ask when subsequent DVDs are inserted...
Reproducible: always. it does not depend on specific DVDs..
