Comment 15 for bug 1404858

I seem to have spoken too soon as regards the workaround. With acceleration on in Chrome I can cause a GPU failure even with hardware acceleration disabled (Option "NoAccel" "True" in Xorg.conf). This is really bizarre.

@Infinity: Thanks for the info. So this bug never appeared in LM 16? If that's the case then it appears to have been introduced with the major update, which may make it very difficult to track down.
