Cinnamon desktop context menu needs Display prefs

Bug Description
Right-clicking on the Desktop in Mint 17.3 running Cinnamon brings up a context menu which contains no link to the display preferences control panel. Such a link is both logical to place in the bare-desktop right-click menu, and it's useful in edge cases such as when the taskbar disappears or crashes, or multiple displays are causing problems.
I'm posting this bug here because I don't believe this is actually
*part* of Cinnamon, please let me know if I should report this there
instead.
