Select soundcard

Bug Description

a way of switching the soundcard from the gui would be cool, listen is kinda useless for me aslong as i can't do that :( (since i have multiple soundcards which i both use)

I think you can simply do this from Gnome mixer-applet.
Right-Click on the applet and in preferences choose you device.

hmm not a sufficient solution of you dont have gnome installed :/

I'd like to reiterate that this would be a nice feature to have. I run XFCE, and so don't seem to have the Gnome mixer-applet available. Also, I use both of my sound cards (one of them is tied to an FM transmitter), so it would be nice to be able to select the sound card to use from directly within listen.

For me, this is not a 'nice feature to have', but an absolute necessity!!! I'm currently trying to find a replacement for Amarok-1.4 (Amarok2 sucks big time), and Listen seems to be the nearest to what I need from audio player, and in many respects very well designed. But, if it stubbornly uses only the 'default' audio card without the means of user choice, it is unfortunately useless for me (I have 3 audio cards, if you count the external USB-card). And please don't suggest the use of pulseaudio server, in multi-card setups it is WORSE than useless
