When I Click the X In The Upper Right To Close Lottanzb Doesn't Close

I'm running Arch i686 and I use e17 and I have the latest package of 0.6 and I just noticed that when I tried to click on the X in the upper right of the window to close lottanzb it didn't close it just stayed on the desktop and then I tried to roll the window up and down hoping some movement to the window would help it and it just caused the window to loose the GUI, so look at the screen shots to see what I mean after clicking the X then rolling the window up and down.
