Bug Description
When the review list window is open, it periodically goes blank and scans again; this is a bit scary the fifrst time,and annoying if you happen to be looking at the list at the time. It would be better [after the first time] to regenerate and the refresh the window once the data model is complete.

Note that there is a thread doing the work; the ui is still responsive - but the list is emptied at the start.
