Bug Description
I put in the name of a project group and a users in my reviews list - on the console I see
'Project PROJECT-GROUP has no development focus.' and
'Project ~USER has no development focus.'
This is true, but bogus - a project group is just a container, it doesn't need nor can ever have a development focus. Similarly users - wtf :).
