Bug Description

For a long time, we have used URLs to interfaces from the GTK+ stack pointing
to gnome/gtk site, which stored documentation for necessary versions of
gtk/glib/etc.

Such URLs don't seem to work anymore. E.g, g_key_file_get_boolean has pointers
to three different versions of GLib manual, all are dead:
http://www.linuxbase.org/navigator/browse/int_single.php?cmd=list-by-name&Ilibrary=libglib-2.0&Iname=g_key_file_get_boolean

Suggestion is to place necessary documentation on refspecs (there is no problem
in getting docs - they can be extracted from source tarballs) and update urls
in the database.
