Bug Description
The generic reference for RPC/XDR is a pair of IETF RFC's, 1831 and 1832. RPC
1831 "RPC: Remote Procedure Call Protocol Specification Version 2" has been
obsoleted by RPC 5531. RFC 1832 "XDR: External Data Representation Standard"
has been obsoleted by RFC 4506. Probably the LSB specification document should
be updated. The severity is considered minor since both documents are noted
as making "no technical changes".
