Bug Description
I was experiencing bug 1439199 when I noticed that whether or not you can deploy the machines (which depends on whether or not you have SSH keys configured) is computed once and for all when the page loads: I had the node listing UI loaded and I deleted my SSH keys using another tab… coming back to the node listing page I could still deploy my machines.

Marking this low as it is a bit of a corner case… now I think it's a bit of a problem that the permission to perform the actions are not checked "on the fly" when you select the action instead of when the page loads.
