Stuck 'Loading' Screen in MAAS UI Post-Login

Bug Description

Environment:
- MAAS Version: 3.3.4-13189-g.f88272d1e (installed via Snap)
- Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
- Snap Versions:
    core22: 20230801 (Rev 864)
    maas: 3.3.4-13189-g.f88272d1e (Rev 28521)
    snapd: 2.60.4 (Rev 20290)

After successfully logging into the MAAS UI, the interface becomes unresponsive, remaining perpetually stuck on the 'loading' screen. Despite restarting the MAAS server, this issue persists, effectively rendering the UI inaccessible and preventing any further interaction or operational functionality.

Hello,

Can you please check MAAS logs?

/var/snap/maas/common/log/maas.log
/var/snap/maas/common/log/regiond.log
/var/snap/maas/common/log/rackd.log

Also is there anything interesting if you open your browser's developer tools?
Could it be that some JS execution is blocked in your browser?

The MAAS was working previously for many months on the same browser. Barely no extensions on chrome. Same thing on incognito mode.

FWIW my user agent is "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/117.0.0.0 Safari/537.36"

Attached is the network inspector. I do notice the console log repeatedly outputing this every few seconds.

Hm, did you change anything to MAAS port configurations?

Port 5248 doesn't seem to be correct one, it should be 5240
