Bug Description

Describe the bug:
The machine retains its IP address and DNS record while powered off and in the “Ready” state.
The network setting of the machine is "Auto assign".

Steps to reproduce:
Commission a machine and do nothing afterwards.

Expected behavior (what should have happened?):
The machine should not link to any IP address, and the DNS record should not exist.

Actual behavior (what actually happened?):
The machine and its DNS name point to an invalid IP address that is used during machine commission.

MAAS version and installation type (deb, snap):
3.5.2/Stable, snap.

MAAS setup (HA, single node, multiple regions/racks):
1 primary + 1 secondary.

Host OS distro and version:
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

The IP should be unassigned after the lease. Could you check if after some minutes the IP is deallocated?
