Bug Description
Events that are processed while the node has a status of commissioning or deploying are recorded as being commissioning or install events.
However, the messages aren't processed at once, but rather once every 60 seconds. So if a node changes status during that time, the event won't be considered to be a commissioning/
Given that we use the status that determine the type of event, we should record the status of the node when the event was sent.
