Refactor Kub template to use '/etc/kubernetes/ssl' for cerificates

Bug Description

Kub uses '/srv/kubernetes' for certificates, but all official examples uses '/etc/kubernetes/ssl'

I think both directories can be used for keeping certificates. Kubernetes specifically doesn't say about which directory to keep. But in examples it has used /srv/kubernetes

And coreos uses /etc/kubernetes/ssl

Others can suggest what value should be set
