Share Type Create and Update forms need separate fields for fixed parameters

Bug Description

Create Share Type and Update Share Type forms have a general text field for all extra specs. However two of extra specs are fixed: 'driver_handles_share_servers' is required and 'snapshot_support' is optional with a default value for share type creating. So it's logical to let user choose a value for 'snapshot_support' in a separate field in Create form. Update form even has no field for 'driver_handles_share_servers', so it would be nice to create two separate fields for both. Also when these two choice fields are added, it makes sense to use boolean values and to remove the redundant validation for "allowed_dhss_values = ('true', 'false')".
