Bug Description
(I observed this behavior with NetApp cDOT, a replication_
When promoting a replica in Manila-UI, the replica being promoted goes into a transition state (replication change). Once in a stable state (available/active), the UI updates automatically, but the other replica is left showing as available/active until manually refreshed, then it is correctly shown as available/in-sync.
I don't know if it's possible to fix this, but since the UI is monitoring the newly-promoted replica for its status change, it would be nice if the UI also refreshed the status of the other replicas at the same time.
